“Well I can wash a glass just fine Kate don’t you worry about that. I’m able to do a lot of housework also just cause I am widow doesn’t mean I don’t know how to clean.”

Yelena’s hand is going to drop the glass at that exact moment, watching it shatter on the floor as she’s clearing her throat.

“Oh no no no don’t apologise for being so harsh. The harsh behaviour is quite cute Kate Bishop I’ll give you that. Here we go one cup of vodka. Look I even cleaned the glass too.”

Yelena’s holding out the cup towards Kate with a grin on her face before taking another sip of vodka from the bottle.

“Where is the fun with that when I can just drink it out of my bottle just fine Kate? But okay fine I’ll put it in a cup to be considerate. Would you like a drink of vodka too?”

Yelena’s going to grin again with her soon standing up and making her way to the cups so that she can grab two.

“Ugh fine but only because apparently breaking and entering is not appropriate behaviour now. Why do I have to call to tell you I’m in your place? Breaking and entering is so much cooler.”

Yelena’s placing down her fork, moving to take a sip of the vodka bottle and grins at Kate once again.

“What pftt my phone doesn’t need to be replaced. I just erm might have been knocked into a wall on a mission and well what do you know it broke.”

Yelena’s going to shrug her shoulders now, taking another bite of her mac and cheese before dousing her mac and cheese with more hot sauce.

“My phone is broken! C’mon you have to admit that this is a totally amazing romantic gesture that I broke through the window and made you mac and cheese before you came home.”

Yelena’s now putting another forkful of mac and cheese into her mouth before speaking again. “I got you more forks too.”

Yelena had been busy with some work for the new avengers, barely getting a chance to stop and check up on Kate.

Finally, on a rather quiet day in the avengers tower, Yelena is able to break into Kate Bishop’s apartment and is currently making mac and cheese.
