My friend breeds and shows sheep, when she announced her engagement the pattern for this quilt appeared so it seemed appropriate to make it for her

Spinning guild today, good for a laugh. We helped a neighbour yesterday shift 2 ton of gravel, back is still in one piece, I took it very carefully & didn't overload the wheelbarrow.

Morning all, real windy last night, so slept badly. Quilt class didn't happen, long story, but booked in for next month. Going to be a wet weekend so going to plant out broad beans and celeriac plants on the allotment, that way they will get a good watering in.

I dont know how people can say they are bored now they are retired. We seem to be always doing stuff, and sometimes glad of bad weather just so we can have a day relaxing
