To find where to vote early, go to IndianaVoters.in.gov and click “Find Your Polling Place.” Early voting is open now through noon on Monday, May 4. On Primary Election Day, Tuesday, May 5, polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Primary voters will shape representation at the local, state, and federal levels. Up for election are: All nine of Indiana’s U.S. House seats All 100 Indiana House seats 25 of the 50 Indiana Senate seats Voters may also see local races or other ballot items depending on where they live. What should I bring? To vote in Indiana, you’ll need a valid photo ID, such as a driver’s license, state ID, passport, military ID, or, following this week’s court ruling, a student ID. The name on your ID must reasonably match your voter registration. If you are a first-time voter who registered by mail, you may also need to bring additional proof of residency.
