Facebook reminded me that Three years ago I did a Southern Daysave which I went to the Southern region to travel on the remaining 313s and to visit the seaside as well.

It was a good and enjoyable day out.

0-4-0 Saddle Tank engines "Judy" and the Pug. Both unique small locomotives and definitely an experience from Kidderminster to Bewdley. Very bumpy haha with the two auto coaches. (17/4/26)

My final train of the day is with TFW. 1R98 21:41 off Wolverhampton to Manchester Piccadilly with 158826 taking me home to Telford Central.

My next train is 730042 working 2W60 21:19 off Smethwick Galton Bridge to Wolverhampton.

After a great day out riding different Steam engines it's time to go home. Starting with 2S23 20:37 off Kidderminster to Stratford-upon-Avon. 172336 and 172217 will get me underway.

My next and final train of the morning is again with WMR. 2V16 08:11 off Smethwick Galton Bridge to Worcester Foregate Street. Class 172104 and 172211 will take me to Kidderminster.

Another successful day for Team Tram at the Telford Steam Railway. 60 people today on the tram (give/take more than one person came on twice). A steady day however, it was good despite the changing weather conditions. (12/4/26)
