The demo isn't compiling, but I think it's a Code Sandbox problem, it's throwing console errors about the Go environment not initializing.

The Alpine AJAX script `src` should be "https://unpkg.com/@imacrayon/alpine-ajax@0.12.0" (wrong namespace and version)

hey, no problem. Make sure that x-merge is on the element that *accepts* the content. It’s a common mistake to use it like x-target and put it on the element that initiates the request.

It has completely replaced my need for Livewire and Vue. It's much simpler than HTMX, at least from how I use Laravel with it.

This library is everything I've ever wanted for developing mainly CRUD projects.

HTML code demonstrating the new `x-target.back` and `x-target.away` directives. You can use these directives to target different parts of the page based on whether an AJAX request returns a response that redirects *back* to the same page or *away* to a new page.

Just released Alpine AJAX v0.12 with two handy new target modifiers `target.back` and `target.away`.
