When back to the US, I would have to carry my passport. Otherwise ICE may think I could be illegal. I am Puerto Rican and Latino and a US citizen since I was born. Still I might have to prove it.

When I opened my eyes this morning in my home in San José, Costa Rica, this is what I saw from my bed. And it's similar every morning. I am blessed. Pura vida!
