Plenty of criticism on the right of the #SCOTUS leaker and the Times’s reporting, but has anyone actually responded to the argument that Roberts’s assessment of “irreparable harm” and his refusal to balance the equities is completely inconsistent with his subsequent behavior in all the Trump cases?
Two things can be true:
Congress should pass uniform, national legislation reining in partisan gerrymandering; and
Until that happens, or every state adopts an independent redistricting commission, neither party is going to (or, frankly, should) unilaterally disarm.

Californians & Virginians had the chance for voters to decide whether or not they approved redistricting.
Texas & FLA gave voters NO such chance.

Here's the key reason why putting Joe DiGenova in charge of the Russian investigation is so suspect. On the same day Mueller finished Joe was spewing FALSE conspiracy theories abt Ru and the Bidens, hoping to get paid by Lutsenko for doing so.

It is likely that Trump's Iran catastrophe will lead to some kind of compensation for all the countries the US has screwed (which is all of them). We would do well now to lay groundwork for seizing assets of the Palantirs and Musk fortune that enabled Trump's rise and invasion.
