Creating a #Kodi addon was a very personal experience. I have used #Kodi years ago at the starting point of my #selfhosting and #programming journey. I dreamt of creating an addon myself back then. Now I am able to do something like this in just 2 days - thanks to an awesome #opensource community!

"Note that in the following examples, Delta aggregation temporality is discussed before Cumulative aggregation temporality because synchronous Counter and UpDownCounter measurements are input to the API with specified Delta aggregation temporality."
What a beautiful sentence! #OpenTelemetry docs 😂
🎉 #Movary v0.63.0 released! 🎉
After (sadly) ~6 month, I’m happy to finally share a more streamlined Docker image (with ARM64 support, finally) and the new Locations feature—likely the last new feature before v1.0!

I had to take a deeper look into object storage services because I needed a storage for my new #Grafana #Loki setup (finally decided on a log aggregation system, yay!). During my research I found #MinIO, an awesome #selfhosted object storage alternative to (and drop in replacement for) S3.
Danke für alle die da waren! Never again! #AufstandDerAnständigen #Berlin #Brandmauer #nofascism

The perfect amount of people to enjoy watching #Nosferatu this evening in my #IMAX theater, should be quiet 😍
I am glad I have moved most of my deployment setups to a central ansible repository, it serves me well as an overview instead of an additionally maintained wiki list. But I was missing nice visual dashboard about the available services for the non-tech part of the family to not get totally lost 😄
Finally created an overview hompage about my #selfhosted
services. I have found 32 so far, and I am pretty sure I am still missing something. Somehow I am suprised and unsuprised at the same time about this number.
Starting this year, my job has transitioned from Backend Developer to Platform Architect (the position still sounds made up to me :D). I am thankful that I can continue to follow my interests as they grow professionally and look forward to the new challenges!
We built a #Phoniebox for our son over the holidays (as a #Toniebox alternative), which was a really fun project as someone who usually only works with software. More Infos here: bookstack.leepeuker.dev/books/phoniebox-diy-jukebox
