3 found passed out in car atop CofC garage arrested for bevy of guns on campus, later released 3 men were arrested and removed from their car in downtown Charleston for allegedly having guns in a university garage. The men were released from custody.

Insane attitude related to gun safety in SC:

High on drugs, passed out in a college parking garage with 'two AR15 pistols, three Glock handguns and the bevy of ammunition'

Charges dropped because of 'open carry'.
