The United States Pirate Party has formally condemned U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement as a “domestic terrorist organization,” with the party’s national leadership voting to designate the agency as such following the fatal shooting of Alex Pretti.

The United States Pirate Party and the Florida Pirate Party condemns the state-sanctioned terror that has been unleashed on our neighbors in Minnesota.

Today, January 24th, Pensacola DSA offers its support and solidarity to the people of Minnesota after another senseless killing of a civilian by ICE agents. The people of Minnesota organized a general strike on January 23rd, a Day of Truth and Freedom. The movement is calling for the defunding of ICE, the removal of ICE agents from their community, and justice for those killed by ICE agents in the past few weeks. PDSA fully supports this movement. We also join Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s call on Senate Democrats to block ICE funding this week, and for the National Guard to be activated. Fascistic terror is committed to spread dismay and dismantle hope- we can defy that by organizing, and protecting one another.

Pensacola DSA stands in solidarity with the good people of Minnesota taking action against ICE, and joins the call for Democratic Senators to block ICE funding this week.
