Does anybody else see a pattern here? When the stock market rebounds and builds a little after the last time Trump threatened high tariffs on China, he threatens again to levy high tariffs on China, and it plummets again. He, his family, and his cronies buy low and sell high each time.

I am a computer-savvy disabled senior who votes absentee. I moved to New Hampshire from Georgia a few years ago, where this requirement existed. It was cumbersome for me to do online, so I'm sure there will be a lot of folks who just say "fuck it" and don't ever vote again. Most are republicans!

I am a service-connected disabled vet. I have read on the VA website that VSO representatives can, in some cases, charge for their services when applying for or appealing decisions for VA disability compensation. I didn't use a VSO myself, but what is the issue NPR is identifying?
