Attendance allowance is for people of pension age (in England) with disabilities or health conditions.

I agree with this advice.
I volunteer at my local CAB.
People are usually unsuccessful because they don't give sufficient information and try to be stoic in their application.
I always remind my clients that this isn't a job application.
