So honored to be the Director of Photography for On a Bus, such an important and impactful and extremely real season of D20, that is, of course, on a bus (for the first ten minutes). ๐๐
Screenshot of Polygon's "The 50 Best TV Shows of 2024" article, showing Dimension 20's "Never Stop Blowing Up" at number 14.
Endlessly honored to see the reception to the things we work on, and it's extra special to see it for NSBU. It's the first season that I spearheaded as Director of Photography as well as Ruby and I's projection work, and it continues to be one of the funniest things I've ever gotten to witness. #14!

A still from Dimension 20's Mentopolis of Elias Hodge looking down at themselves while falling out a window, overlaid with the specific boots, jumpsuit, lab coat, and gloves they are wearing.

Steal Their Look - Elias Hodge
Need the perfect outfit for jumping out a window to get away from your evil boss? Boy do I have the thing for you! It's Elias's outfit from Mentopolis! Grappling Gun included!!
This is all, truly, exactly what I wore for this. Yes, the gun is extremely front heavy.

An illustration of the interior of a government building, with art deco wallpaper and patterns on the floor, and tubes with light racing through them. snaking along the walls and ceiling.
An illustration of a minimalistic alley with an art deco streetlight in front of brick walls with dark blue windows, and a hallway with racing ceiling lights leading into the distance.
and some more!! ๐๏ธ
A series of chaotic interlocking black and white tubes and industrial equipment over an orange background.
An art deco panorama of an office in black and white with green wallpaper, and a cloud of smoke hovering near the ceiling.
A wide illustration of an art deco nightclub, in black, white, and red, with crowds of minimally rendered people talking and dancing below a haze of smoke.
posting some of the projections that Ruby and I made for dimension 20's mentopolis in honor of the finale tonight!! it was so much fun working with something so stylized (my favorite thing to do), and slowly losing my mind repeating "tubes tubes tubes" to myself as I drew each one individually ๐ง
Thanks so much!! That was a really fun season, and the first we did with D20! Also always have to shout out amazing @jackzarts.bsky.social who illustrated some of the backgrounds with us, and my partner Ruby as well! (they're not on here, but they also illustrated among other projectiony things!)
can't wait to start sending you lots of memes for you to draw of your ocs
Brennan Lee Mulligan on the set of Dimension 20's Mentopolis, with a contraption of tubes spreading out from a polygonal face on the table in front of him, and a stylized gray brick alley with a beam of light shining down from a street lamp projected behind him.
The set of Desert Stories for Lost Girls, the fractured interior of a modest home, with dirt filling the stage below the platform, and an image of the sea projected across the fractured wall.
Two alien puppets from Happy Puppet Hour 2, seated behind a desk, shocked expressions on their face as an error message in a bright green alien font is projected across the wall behind them.
Matthew Mercer on the set of Dimension 20's Ravening War, behind the DM screen of spires and arches with assorted fruit imagery, and with the projected dusk skyline under fruit-shaped clouds on the dome behind him.
