If you have recently updated your drivers, try an older version of them. nVidia's driver quality has taken a nosedive in the recent months, thanks to them vibe coding a lot of it apparently.
If the drivers are the issue (and that's possible), this MIGHT fix it. Might need a clean install tho. :x
However, unlike in FO4 with the settlements, you have a way to reduce/increase the frequency of those things in the gameplay options. THANK DOG ALL WAGGY.

The general consensus I get is "It's decent, but it's empty and a lot of fruitless busywork for an undercooked ending. Very bog-standard Ubisoft game.".
I haven't played it, however. But most folks I know who did, alongside independent reviews, gravitate towards this.
If by "strained", you mean "well researched, well thought of, with major consideration for lighting and texture and pose, and model accuracy, clean lines, great facial expressions..."

I had a week to "play" with GenAI to find ways to use it.
My tests all showed that, while "quick", it was woefully inaccurate and prone to many mistakes in my field, so I reported that there was little to no potential gain.
This SME proved my point, painfully so, by sending me unvetted content...
Since it's a technical document, it's not as "creative" as one would think. But I'm not the SME - they are.
So if they don't review the information they send me, as the content owner, they should be responsible for that.
I'm in charge of the structure and maintenance. I own that.

How do you fix an EPS power imbalance without resonating the dilithium chamber's plasma injectors because the bussard ramscoops are offline, and therefore the matter/antimatter flow would be imbalanced and blow everything up if you did resonate them?
