I’ve already watched it through myself which is why I knew it would be a great introduction to Star Trek for my son.
Thank you for one of the most original and best entries to the franchise. It deserves more seasons!
Post about my new podcast, My Next Generation’, about watching Star Trek Prodigy with my son and the head writer @goodaaron.bsky.social likes it!
Trying to play it cool and clearly failing
It is also available on Apple Podcasts: podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/e...

Paramount confirming there will be another Star Trek movie.
I don’t feel like this is huge news since there have been rumours for years but regardless I choose to be hopeful.

The Undiscovered Country is in my Top 3 Star Trek films. It’s a perfect blend of action, political intrigue and a perfect send off for the Original Series crew.
I’ve started my 5 things series back up and I was always looking forward to covering Star Trek VI.

1. Good luck in the job search!
2. Yes they do! And the show was created by Ron D Moore!! It’s an absolute gem of a show. More people should beware watching it!!
Finally caught up on For All Mankind. I don’t want to give any spoilers for those who haven’t seen it yet but S05E03 is exquisite. It’s consistently been one of the best shows since its release. I cannot wait to see how the rest of this season unfolds.

When my eldest was born I was so excited. Especially when we would finally have our first proper cinema trip. The cinema and movies are such a big part of my life and I couldn’t wait to share the experience with him.
Today’s that day.
I finally watched the first episode of Maul and wow. The animation is just on another level. I’m looking forward to seeing how this story unfolds.
Unfortunately Skydance have acquired NASA and already cancelled it.
I feel this video might’ve gotten lost in the algorithm after Trump almost ended the world yesterday so here it is again.
Opinionated Star Trek fans ASSEMBLE!! I’m reacting to controversial Star Trek opinions.
If there's one thing Star Trek fans can agree on, is that we can't agree on anything.
This might become an ongoing series!!

What’s your Star Trek hot take?
I’ll go first.
Whilst DS9 is a good show with some great episodes. It’s not peak Trek.
I would LOVE to chat Trek with @jessiegender.bsky.social and/or @steveshives.bsky.social.
Me to other Star Trek fans: ‘Hey, maybe we should be nicer to each other, regardless of our opinions.’
Star Trek* fans: ‘How f**king dare you??!!’

Quick question for Trek fans:
Did Starfleet Academy Season 1 actually feel like Star Trek?
I break it all down here 👇
Hi! I’m Rik. I’ve been a huge Star Trek fan for over 30 years. I like most of it and I’ve been making Star Trek related content over on YouTube.
If you like Star Trek too, and are bored of the usual hate content from grifters, I hope you enjoy what I create.

I won’t stop posting but I will alway try to be fair and honest with my opinions. It might not get me engagement but at least I’ll be proud of the stuff I put out there.
Searching Star Trek on YouTube is honestly just depressing. It feels like a losing battle putting out content about the thing I love when so many creators are ripping into it mainly because it gets them the engagement they need to make money.
