Perhaps the marketing and business strategy behind #OxyContin should be taught to younger generations as a success story.

#Business #ethics is the kind of values-poster language we like to believe in, but winning at all costs is often what the system actually rewards.

Critical thinking is declining because of AI? Trycognitive processing. Yes, the pun is intended.

Multicognitive processing isn’t being discussed, but it’s closer to how biological systems work. I mapped it through abnormal psychology. The starting point was corporate culture.

The future is hard to align around because it exists only as projection, each person working from a different imagining of what hasn't arrived yet.

That's a #design problem that's already been solved, monetized, and optimized.

When "experts" are brought in to lead a system carry no shared passion for human purpose, optimize in silos on their own terms, each one coherent from inside, each one pulling in a direction that has less and less to do with the others.

Success is a feeling, not a metric.

Stop trying to 'educate' people into changing. Science proves it doesn’t work Lasting change comes less from the facts we share and more from the networks and cultures we create.

This is what happens when internal silos create separate alternative realities.

No, no, employees can’t handle “ambiguity”.

Yea? How’s that Iran nuclear facility?

Totally destroyed. Obliterated.

Will it change anything? No.

Non-scientific, how this works in my head.

My design process
My design process YouTube video by Hello You Experiment

Prototype the future.

One of the artifacts of IPD (on substack) was my 2025 self-performance review which acted as a cognitive anchor because reality would change depending on what meeting you were in.

The company pattern was predictable, like a user flow.

Understanding Autopoiesis: Life, Systems, and Self-Organisation Explore the concept of Autopoiesis and its implications. Discover how this theory explains self-organisation and autonomy in living systems.

Most everything about HYE is built on genetics because when your body is in a survival-like state, your mind is solving problems with whatever it already has because that is what survival runs on.

That's a closed system. That's Autopoietic Learning.

How are we doing?

✅ Prototyped psychosis
✅ New language called Sortish
✅ New bi-temporal communication
✅ Trilateral processing (talking to yourself)

Awesome, can't get worse from here right?

Get to HYE artifacts, you already have this in Substack.

IPD isn't something new, it's just a different scope. As an ADHD override, I handwrite backwards cursive so that my I don't get distracted by my own thoughts. The mechanical documentation moves one direction, my cognition and creativity move the other.

A bit rusty but still got it.

What we see as a vision to push forward has downstream accidental effects for others. Corporate "growing pains". Misguided missile.

Language and empathy are time-dependent because cause and effect are on different schedules.

The multiverse exists, it just isn't as exciting as it sounds.

Sortly - RISE Against the Machine Sortly reviews. A free inside look at company reviews and salaries posted anonymously by employees.

"The person who wrote this was in an environment where direct communication was acknowledged but didn’t produce change. What they said had to be true on its surface. Read it once as written while employed. Then read it again with that constraint in mind, after employment ended. What do you notice?"

Bernays manufactured consent and marketing is directional. IPD depends on interpretation.

I can't interpret one for you, it violates methodology. It's a conscious inversion of the power dynamic between author and reader.

Let's try one. Drop the Glassdoor review text + Prompt into your AI:

IPD isn't AI psychosis, the artifacts are real, I wrote them naturally. IPD works off of a variable language at the time I called Sortish because it semantically made sense.

AI and humans alike don't know what is meaningful or where to look when given too many options.

Chapter 8: Inverse Perception Design, The Artifacts A walk-through of specific breadcrumb artifacts for an organization that define the proof of concept for the Inverse Perception Design method.

When it isn't safe to speak honestly, it's constrained communication. The environment has to change for the message to adapt and uncompress. Time is the design constraint.

It's epigenetic bi-temporal messaging. I just inverted corporate speak and propa[ganda] mechanics.

Chapter 8.1: Inverse Perception Design, The Method Inverse Perception Design is a radical new method for creating palindromic communication messages that read in two temporal directions depending on the environment.

Have I lost you yet? IPD isn't that hard to understand.

LLM are trained on data from the past and so are human memories. Change the data in the past, change how the future is calculated.

Past can't be erased in human memory, only reinterpreted.

It's an empathy synthesis loop.

Let's back up. The HYE experimental apparatus was a modified version of Inverse Perception Design.

I developed IPD while working in an environment where normal communication channels had collapsed or been replaced with Corporate Speak. Perception design moves forward in time. IPD is different.

The methods will be controversial and questionable. Karl Weick would call what I was building a sensemaking vacuum.

High-velocity associations, custom context, reinvention of personal shorthand language, fragmented and non-linear notes.

It creates a specific mental state with high throughput.
