- two work christmas parties (one for my workplace, i’m crashing the other one despite having never worked there)
- straight up chilling

my plans for my week off include:
- finishing my xmas shopping & wrapping everything up also
- christmas card completion and distribution
- lovely day out with my lovely mum (we’ll get our hair done, get lunch, then i’m taking her to see wicked)

first day of week off work: naturally woke up half an hour after my alarm usually goes off ahh what a lovely lie in

i was one of the last appts of the day to give blood then when i was on my way home my blood drove past me

anyway time for a real christmas song

THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING it was honestly horrifying and i always forget about it until christmas comes back around and i get a sense of foreboding when the radio is on

Indescribably poor passport style photo of me, hbomberguy

Had to get a passport-style photo taken at a Walgreens in the US and a weird guy walked past and said "hell yeah white boy you take that picture" and I laughed for a full minute. I can tell I'm still fighting not to laugh in this but it's probably not too obvious right. Do I need to retake this

he seemed to get angrier and angrier that the applause wasn’t raucous because it was just me and it was every line. i was frightened for my life so now i feel uncomfortable when i listen to it. pleasant song otherwise

my least fav xmas song is it’s the most wonderful time of the year not because i dislike it but once i had a nightmare where i was alone in a theatre watching an animatronic bing crosby onstage singing it & after every line he would hold the note and turn to the audience for applause

i came to asda to buy the last of my christmas presents tell me why i’m leaving with a fuecoco squishmallow for Me

in my retro y2k era (our niece is into loom bands atm which is so cute but the fact they’ve made a comeback is making me feel old x)

just made a meeting full of people laugh going to be riding this high all week

damien is 202 and we do basically everything together do we cancel one another out

yes i did sit and use the cutoffs to make a ribbon and individually cut out a santa to cover up the staples. this is for damien’s work secret santa present i don’t know this person but because they’re first they get all my effort

every year this is how i start out intending to wrap all my presents then by the time i’ve worked through everything they’re lucky if they get it in a bag

what a relief he was ok in the end but it is seriously sooooo crazy!!!!

i think it’s luck of the draw! at my old hometown doctors one literally sighed and said “what do you expect a doctor to do about that??” but the receptionists at my current doctors are really helpful and sweet they seemed sad they couldn’t help more

oh noooo that must’ve been so scary :( i hope he’s doing okay now
