In the latest GOP effort to restrict ballot access in New Hampshire, Gov. Kelly Ayotte (R) signed a bill eliminating student IDs as an acceptable form of voter ID into law.
The change, which will take effect in June if not blocked by a court, could affect thousands of student voters in the state.
