It was just supposed to be an armpit shot but I went crazy with the tentacles

The tentacle in her mouth stays to start pumping her full of eggs. You can see the eggs travel through the tentacle and into the amassing pile in her stomach through an "x-ray" vision

All the tentacles have left Zengar behind, covered in their liquids, and a bulging stomach full of eggs. She looks down in a daze at her body as she starts lactating

Oviposition and lactation continuation
