Sounds like the same thing they did to me. After I lost the title I was pushed into the background facing random people for no reason. They only love you for so long until they start pleasing their favorites.

Why is this place so obsessed with age? It's not like any of the grown adults there are acting mature. But yeah, been there. Was in another place for three years being treated like an afterthought as I was pretty much a gatekeeper for up and comers. You deserve better than that.

If all you can come at someone with is how "old" they are, then you have no creativity or imagination.

The company I'm at now, I made the right decision in staying there and not going back, especially after it closed again. Besides, only certain people got rewarded because the boss got stars in his eyes every time he saw them while others like you get pushed aside. This is for the best.
