I never got around to watch S3 of Heartstopper, so I'm starting it from the beginning. Already smiling and kicking my feet with the first episode lol I kinda forgot how cute everything was <3

The problem is they only have 2 hours of English at the academy (besides 3 or 4 in high school, but I don't know if those are in English or not) a week and then they go back to their completely in Spanish lives, so I don't think "total immersion" is even possible lol

I teach the A1s in Spanish. Both adults and teens. There's just no way I'd be able to teach them anything if I did it entirely in English lol. The workshops with the kids are different, because we can teach them by doing, but not so much with a typical grammar book, I think.

I'm not an expert or anything, but it's never made sense to me how an A1 English book is entirely in English? Like, students don't know ANY English. Shouldn't it be, at the very least, in both languages? Me no comprende.
