I love when weird or overly specific regulations are purged from New Brunswick laws:

Bars were able to stay open an hour later from February 7-10 2008. The reason: Fredericton was hosting the East Coast Music Awards.

Cabinet finally repealed it in March, 18 years later.

Carney is removing the federal excise tax on fuel until Labour Day weekend, a move he said will drop gas prices by 10 cents/litre and diesel prices by 4 cents/litre. It does not appear the GST is being removed on fuel.
