Benji the brave. Can’t wag his tail because he doesn’t have one anymore. Survived getting run over by a car and decided to walk again, even if he does it a little like George Jefferson now. There’s a lot he has to teach me. Love this dude. #dog #hero
Me with my friend Whitey. I love #snakes. 🐍
ANACONDA dropped from the trees into theaters on this day in 1997, starring the dream team of Jennifer Lopez, Ice Cube, and more. This is a can’t-miss B-picture in the most classical sense of the term. Wacky perfection. 🐍 dailygrindhouse.com/thewire/whyd...
I am loath to do this, but I need your help. My 20+ year marriage has unexpectedly imploded. There's a kid involved. Aside from Lupus, Autism and a shitty 2009 Mazda, I have nothing. Things are fairly desperate right now, so if you can help out now in any way at all I'd be really grateful ❤️
Everybody's talking at me, I don't hear a word they're saying, Only the echoes of my mind (it’s my prerogative)
Whole interview’s great but especially stick around for Norton’s Whitman recitation at around the 18-minute mark. m.youtube.com/watch?v=kSEM...
Here is Daily Grindhouse’s memorial to all the talents and wonderful people who left us in 2025. Lots of love to anyone out there who is missing someone. 🖤 dailygrindhouse.com/thewire/in-m...
Tessa Thompson! … is not nominated tonight for an #Oscar… but she, and many other talented people, are among those recognized by Daily Grindhouse at this year’s Bizarro 👹 #Oscars. dailygrindhouse.com/thewire/the-...
#RIP to Mark Jones, screenwriter and director of LEPRECHAUN (1992), who passed away early this year. 🖤
Happy #StPatricksDay to everyone out there! (But especially to Warwick Davis, Jennifer Aniston, and Ice-T…) 🍀 dailygrindhouse.com/thewire/happ...

THREAD: I got laid off from NYMag/Vulture after 14 years. The family lost 75% of income + medical. Now mzs.press bookstore, once a side project. is do-or-die for Judith & I. I feel weird telling you this because others are doing much worse. But if you could like or share this, we'd be so grateful!
This song was in my head as I got into the car and turned on the radio…. only to hear this song playing. Please tell me the mathematical probabilities because I refuse to believe that I, an idiot, am developing psychic abilities. youtu.be/ztzkz0r1RG8?...
Something really nice to wake up to for once: youtu.be/5AVYDHTOixU?...
If you need to talk about it, I’m here. 😜
I’ve had to cover it for my day job. Not supposed to say anything online due to [reasons], but I think I can say it’s worth seeing. Also I would be curious to know what you think.
NOOOOOOOOOOOO 💔
I should have invited you! (It would have been a journey for you…)
Blades Of The Guardians kicks ass. It’s basically like eighty-year-old living legend Yuen Woo-Ping was like, “Oh, you enjoy those Marvel movies? I can do all that for you, better, and oh, I’ll give you some Fury Road while I’m at it. No problem. When’s lunch?” Go see it if it’s playing near you.
I was not long for the world of junkets but I’ll always be glad I did the one for Get Low. To be in a room with Robert Duvall, Sissy Spacek, and Bill Murray and to witness the visible reverence that Spacek and Murray, two legends, had for Duvall. Great movie too.
Rest in peace to Robert Duvall. Just plain one of the greatest ever. 🖤 youtu.be/5OSTq1V2cQk?...

If a dummy like me can do it, you can definitely do it, and if I can do anything to help, I’d sure love to.
It was in January, but I didn’t feel much like mentioning it or celebrating because I lost another friend right around that time. But maybe if it helps somebody to know that it’s possible, then it’s worth saying. I’m tired of losing friends.
18 years without a drink. Couldn’t do it alone. Thanks to everyone who helped. Grateful to be one of the lucky ones. Lots of love to everyone who struggles.
This is so painful because first and foremost it’s the loss of a great talent, and then after that you have to imagine Martin Short and Eugene Levy being sad, which is just too much, really.
