1. you should not wear contacts 7 days a week 365!! your eyes, specifically your cornea, need oxygen to stay healthy! by wearing contacts too often, you suffocate the cornea and risk a plethora of eye issues. most of my corneal ulcer patients are from contacts lens overwear/misuse!
