Same cabochon and copper setting, now with a hand holding the cab out of the way so that the inner bezel to hold the stone up is visible.

Tonight I sat at at my jewelry station intending to work on a silver necklace project and not work with any stones.

Instead I started working with this medusa quartz for a copper wall hanging piece 🤪

My whole office has had these HR “skill assessment meetings” for everyone and one of the things is AI and I’m like I’ve got ethical and legal and cognitive concerns about that and I don’t use it thanks

Finally finished this pendant after struggling to solder the bezel to the backplate for several sessions! I’m really proud of how close it is to my original sketch.

I’ve been silversmithing for almost three weeks now! 🤪
