We document how much differnt types of Twitter/X users (from far-left to far-right) post different types of news sources on immigration. Far-right users are much more likely to share hyperpartisan sources, but they also share legacy and public broadcasting sources in similar or even greater proportions to left and center users.

We document how much differnt types of Twitter/X users (from far-left to far-right) post different types of news sources on immigration. Far-right users are much more likely to share hyperpartisan sources, but they also share legacy and public broadcasting sources in similar or even greater proportions to left and center users.

Katharina Tittel, @piotram.bsky.social and I identified patterns of sources in French-language X immigration posts and the likely ideological leanings of posters. Far-right users uniquely flood feeds with hyper-partisan sources, but also post mainstream and public media like left/center users.
