Une nouvelle étude basée sur la cohorte Elfe suggère que l'école maternelle a un effet causal positif sur le développement cognitif des enfants, et ce particulièrement pour ceux issus de milieux défavorisés:

What happens when politicians pivot during a crisis?
I examine Trump’s July 2020 mask pivot. It increased Republican mask use, closing 40% of the partisan gap.
But paradoxically, beliefs about masks' efficacy didn’t change.

We document how much differnt types of Twitter/X users (from far-left to far-right) post different types of news sources on immigration. Far-right users are much more likely to share hyperpartisan sources, but they also share legacy and public broadcasting sources in similar or even greater proportions to left and center users.
Katharina Tittel, @piotram.bsky.social and I identified patterns of sources in French-language X immigration posts and the likely ideological leanings of posters. Far-right users uniquely flood feeds with hyper-partisan sources, but also post mainstream and public media like left/center users.
Interesting new paper out by Katharina Tittel and @williamlallen.bsky.social. Sharing practices on social media are used by members of defensive publics to assert dominance in a contested media environment. @cris-sciencespo.bsky.social @scpo-research.bsky.social
