Two panel comic that picks up immediately from the last page. In the background of first panel Susie, Kris and Frisk are still standing in front of Papyrus' house. Kirs eats a chunk out their pile of magic mountain snow, while Susie loudly interrogates Frisk, who looks to be quite uuncomfortable. Susie gestures with her hands and starts asking, "Why would humans-" But she gets cut off by the the fact that in the foreground the (younger) Undertale versions of Noelle and her older sister Dess are running past them. In the second panel both Susie and Kris' heads snap into the direction the two sisters ran off to. Their eyes are wide open and their faces are full of shock. Frisk also turns their head into the direction the two teens are looking, but they appear more confused than anything.

In the second panel Susie puts both Kris and Frisk in a headlock and yells out loud, "THIS IS A WORLD WHERE EVERYONE HAS A MINI DOPPELGANGER!!!" Both humans are quite confused/shocked about her reaction. Frisk squeaks like a dog toy when Susie squishes them with one arm.
