Depends on the nature of the documents you work with.
Long skinny documents are where the win is for portrait mode. Long text docs, spreadsheets with lots of rows and fewer columns.

Nice space!
I know I mentioned this before, but have you trialed a portrait mode monitor? I didn't think I'd like it until I tried it and now I'll never go back.
Tangentially, have you looked at OpenStreetMap for locations for these devices? It's probably not comprehensive, but I know there have been a lot of them added in there across the city.
Ah, the repeated excitement of, "Well, at least it's a different error."
Nope, you've had a couple of great weeks of geeky fun, based on all the reports (from you and others) that I've seen. I won't be the one to destroy that sense of joy.
I keep telling myself to book myself on that cruise and keep missing it.
As part of the laptop + 2 external monitors camp...yes, so much.
Laptop + landscape monitor above it, then portrait monitor to the right of both of them.
A portrait mode monitor is a game changer.
Ah, the theateriest of security theater.
And then wonder what the big deal about roundabouts is.
Worth it, for the bit, tho. I applaud the commitment.
Number 1 needs some commas, but otherwise I say either
Rationalization? Maybe not exactly that.
It's not a technology, per se, but I'll put out there - open source software.
A childhood of listening to Dr. Demento means I have to request "The Ballad of Irving" (the 142nd fastest gun in the west)
Though I'm not sure how well the humor holds up in this day and age.
That's awesome. I'll definitely keep an eye on that project.
I had the opportunity last month to record a Heavy Networking podcast with Packet Pushers. This was a lot of fun and was a great exploration of implementing EVPN/VXLAN everywhere instead of VLAN trunking driven by great questions by Ethan and Drew.

setattr() might be the better way to do this, though.
setattr(self, 'foo', 'Hi There's)
Cool little trick. In a class __init__ method
`vars(self)[attrname] = attrobj`
This will set an attribute on the object named whatever is in the attrname variable.
So:
attrname = 'foo'
attrobj = "Hi There'
vars(self)[attrname] = attrobj
results in:
self.foo == 'Hi There'

In a similar vein, my father was a HS US History teacher and maintained a decades-long running joke that North Dakota doesn't really exist.
The joke outlived him, really.
I'm not sure who I want to win this thing at this point.
I know I want Pitt to lose in the semi-finals, again.
I think I'm rooting for A&M overall at this point?
Vball? Yeah, how 'bout that 4th set?
Yeah, the whole idea of doing it mid-decade and blatantly for partisan reasons is absolutely disgusting, but it would have been oh so karmically awesome if it really had backfired like that. It still might in Texas.
Maybe, I did see a dude (on YouTube, so grain of salt and all) doing analysis saying that, with the new maps, and assuming a 13 pt shift to the left, as we've seen in recent special elections, IN could've ended up 9-0 Democrat!
As a network engineer, I struggle with anything that's not mono-space.
Wish I knew.
signed, a network engineer
But otherwise, yes, it's all of them
There was one for AC0, but I don't have one because it was only given to speakers and others who helped actually put on the event, not all attendees.
If others are not familiar with Autocon, it legitimately is the premier gathering of a lot of really brilliant folks working in the network automation space.
I'll be getting my 4th coin. :)
New rule:
Any media showing pictures or video of Schumer must overlay a clown emoji ๐คก over his face.
Obviously, all of this is mere speculation at this point.
Yeah, particularly if it was a catastrophic failure with turbine blades and stuff flying. (Like Sioux City DC-10 crash... interestingly, roughly the same type of plane)
