This 1993 Fiat Panda Fizz is a pretty rare car that has spent the past 15 years inside that garage, feeling sad.

Not really, a V5 isn't proof of ownership. A lot of barn-find cars at this price point have no paperwork. I know a bit about its back story too.
Luckily I did some digging and know the past history of the car well enough to be happy it's legit. You're probably right about the aggro.

WWYD? Have bought a relatively cheap car, blind, and had it delivered to me.
Listing stated it had a full V5. There is no V5.
Listing didn't mention some issues it has (but it is an old car that's been OTR for a decade)

Woke up this morning to an email congratulating me on hitting 25k subs. To help with scale, I think in football stadium terms. I visited Stade du Hainaut a few weeks back...25,000 capacity.
