hmm yeah, like if your world-model is closely shared by other people you can make spooky things happen with very subtle signals.

I'd say it starts squishy and gets soft. partway through you have to buy into the idea that humans have latent, async, nonverbal communication+coordination channels that we aren't using (and something else is moving in 😬)
