Beautiful day to stand with the community.
Huge turnout for the area. My pics don't do it justice.

Science News from research organizations Scientists uncovered the nutrients bees were missing - Colonies surged 15-fold A lab-made diet supercharged bee colonies and could help save our food supply. Date: March 27, 2026 Source: University of Oxford Summary: Scientists have developed a breakthrough "superfood" for honeybees by engineering yeast to produce the essential nutrients normally found in pollen. In controlled tri-als, colonies fed this specially designed diet produced up to 15 times more young, showing a dramatic boost in reproduction and overall health. As climate change and modern agriculture reduce the availability of natural pollen, this innovation could offer a practical way to support struggling bee populations.
Thank you University of Oxford! 🐝🌎
We need to know how much energy data centers use – and if YOU are subsidizing the costs of Big Tech companies.
Making this data public is the bare minimum.
They tested the public, the courts, and the security institutions themselves.
They deployed federal agents on grounds of a TSA shortage. It is obvious to passengers and the public that they are not there to assist with airport security. No major pushback.
They now know their authority is wide.
Yeah that can happen. I even said self attestation is an issue. Slippery slope is always one.
I'm more concerned about addressing the reality that exists now which is that the already passed and now is the time to advocate for amendments. We can hope the court stops it as well.
The California law (and various other states) isn't even in affect and amendments are being drafted. The laws are for attestation (still an issue) and not verification, so no OS is going to be asking for your ID or face.
I know in this economy most can't afford to do it...but now is a good time to start building/padding your savings.

So you're telling me that now, as game devs, we have to coddle players who refuse to read? Fuck that shit. Wall of text. Refuse to read it? Get fucked, the game is not for you. Read or die.
NEW: Data shows out of the top 100 most-viewed X accounts posting about politics in February 2026, 74 were conservative-leaning and 26 were liberal-leaning. 📉
Keep reading for why...
The update, which was added to Wikipedia’s guidelines late last week, cites the tendency for AI-written articles to violate “several of Wikipedia’s core content policies” as the reason for the ban.

Lawmakers are introducing a bill to ban Congress and the president from trading in certain prediction markets.
The ban would also extend to: Lawmakers' dependents and spouses, senior congressional staff, political appointees, the VP and senior executive branch employees.
Hope we can keep the pressure on Clearview AI as well. Facial recognition is big part of all this.
Popular with entertainment venues and cities monitoring public spaces. Now signed with DHS.
Fun fact: I was able to get two old myspace photos by requesting my data (under CA law) from Clearview AI.
Thank you for the source since for some reason the "fact" account couldn't be bothered.
Unpacking the files. Windows creates backups. Also creates a second image just in case. Often system libraries can't be patched and a complete swap is needed, which needs a temp a staging area. Etc.
Obviously most of these files are temporary and the update is not actually taking up 27GB.

THE TR Q&A Kat Abughazaleh on Losing, Mutual Aid, and What Comes Next The upstart candidate for the Illinois House fell short on election night, but she may have pioneered a new way of community-based campaigning. Ana Marie Cox March 25, 2026
You closed the gap significantly in the final week. What do you think you figured out too late—or did you just leave it all on the field? I truly feel like we left it all on the field. But with another week, that's another week of dishonest AIPAC ads, or them straight-up advertising for my progressive opponents to split the field. They had to invent new forms of rat fucking because they couldn't win clean. I was talking to my therapist this morning, and I told her it just feels unfair—we never went after anyone's personal life, we didn't do any dirty tricks. She asked if I could go back, would I have done those things? And the honest answer is no. But it doesn't make it suck less.
What's next for you? We're trying to figure out how to scale the mutual aid model—not just keeping our hub going but offering it as almost a pilot program for voter turnout to candidates across the country, especially at the state and local level. A lot of people running have already reached out asking for advice on working with 501(c) (3)s, making events accessible, keeping the barrier to entry low. We want this to be the expectation, not the exception.
A week after the election, I talked with @anamariecox.bsky.social about our race, AIPAC, and how we’re trying to not just keep *our* mutual aid operation going, but make it a nationwide strategy: newrepublic.com/article/2080...

The unsettling reality is that with this president, Americans in wartime are in the unprecedented position of having to suspect that the enemy’s version of events is more likely to be true than our own. We have become Baghdad Bob.
"We have become Baghdad Bob."
This is the former editor of the Wall Street Journal and longtime host of a Fox show saying this.
Not a guaranteed safeguard. Look at cases around the globe to see that.
SAVE act. CISA election security frozen. EI-ISAC cut. Etc.
Logistical barriers placed for certain areas. Intimidation tactics used. Legal chaos to take advantage of slow courts.
Dems have to plan around these realities.
