Is there a word for the feeling that comes over you when you see someone you think you know and then you realize it couldn’t be them bc they are dead?

No AC in the uber. Rarely do I order an uber, but when I do it’s to avoid the sweat and sticky of biking or public transit. When the uber driver doesn’t have AC it simply defeats the purpose. 😒

The free classes at my gym seriously do NOT play. I’ve paid $30+ for one class at boutique studios that don’t have shit on Carol’s 6pm Cardio/Weights. 😮‍💨

Life hack: Go to your local bike shop and buy a new or used bicycle. Put fenders, rack, and panniers on it. Ride it for every commute under five miles. Groceries, arends, everything. Keep at it.
