Girl… so thing is right. I’m of the “throw some stuff in til it looks right” kin. It’s gluten free flour from King Arthur’s, maybe 1/4-1/3 cup, a little psyllium husk (not the powder), salt, brown sugar, whole milk powder, baking powder. Mix so it looks like a thick batter not a dough (cause GF)

Celiac brought with it a peanut allergy… I was sad, I still try to eat two now and again, but the itching is so bad and peanut allergies can switch real quick.
