Im also realizing there was a reason the "Elite" team at my alarm monitoring company was basically like 90% LOUDLY autistic. That job required clear and firm guidelines and we were all very good at following them to a T. Very little guesswork. Still hated it, but was good at it

When my car was stuck in the shop, a friend offered to drive me for us both to go visit a mutual friend. They smoked while driving and I have never been more terrified. It 100% was impacting their driving and I consider it a miracle I made it alive.
