Got to go with the classic Prymorski Stairs, but then I'm old fashioned like that

I'm a non-actor in a character actor's body

Well, this went right onto my watchlist.
Though at quick glance at it.... so William Hootkins played characters in 1977 movies called Fatty and Porkins.... that's got to be a rough year for self-esteem

Fair, that you are.

I'm eager for this one (my license plate frame on my first car was "This here's the wildest ride in the wilderness")

I'm hoping that the goat doesn't get overlooked.

Wouldn't that run the risk of legislation getting jammed?

What were the sides in this argument?

The Columbine massacre was on this date in 1999. Instead of energizing our country to get gun violence under control, it kicked off a new normal. One of the best explanations ever of journalism's destructive impact on mass shootings came from Roger Ebert in his review of Gus Van Sant’s “Elephant.”

I find it really weird that the California Association of Relators keep running ads about how "California is not for sale".

Granted, I also am skeptical of commercials with PG&E weighing in, because they're PG&E

I thought the podcast might've been hijacked for the several minutes it took before my brain stopped reading this as Julie and Julia

Well, for as little as i heard about it, Hoppers was a delight.
Though with it being out in theaters still, hopefully that means it's still getting some decent numbers from people late to the party

Idea: a version of Jurassic Park where the T Rex has been redone to move the way a person in an inflatable T Rex costume moves but everything else is the same.

So it does that weird awkward head bounce and stuff.

This has been the leopard equivalent of an algae bloom

I think this is also a Looney Tunes short

This may be the nerdiest complaint to have on this, but it really bothers me that people parrot the average wedding cost is like $35k, but there's a massive selection bias on that number because it's just based on data from The Knot, which skews towards planning needed. So unrepresentative

lighter punishment than I was expecting, tbh

I can only imagine how harsh the punishment in Australia is for standing still if Nutbush City Limits starts playing

I'm not even sure that was the dumbest thing to come out of that.

You say that it's an obvious lie, but we saw what happened to the last Pope when he appeared with Vance

People always say T. Rex is overrated and my goal isn't to defend T. Rex really (I think my personal pick is Ankylosaurus), but in T. Rex's defense "Children of the Revolution" absolutely rocked.

I really want to know what was in the others, both the acceptable answers and unacceptable answers.

For example: the Garyosaurus (shout out to the two other nerds who remember this from childhood)

Fair

I'm saying this in one heck of a glass house as a UCLA football fan, but do Clippers fans exist?

Hot take: Allosaurus is just discount T. Rex

I had enough short-answer questions when I taught to know that I want to know what people said that wasn't right.

Like I wonder if there's anyone in the "can't name a single dinosaur" answer that had answered something like "oh, littlefoot, cera, ducky, petrie, spike, and sharptooth"

Not the most pointless, but it's up there.
It feels like the IMDb equivalent of this exchange:

<kyourek> There was a 23% drop in temperature.
<nappyjallapy> That's almost 25%!
<kyourek> ... That was one of the most worthless comments I've ever heard.

Simmons: Okay, you ready? Let's do this on three. One...

Grif: Wait. On three? Or three and then go?

Simmons: On three. It's always faster to go on three.

Grif: Okay, okay. On three.

Every year, filing taxes is a nigh-kafkaesque series of passwords to try to figure out or reset

Once again, I think there should be a law that every website, below the password field to log in, has a little mouseover that reminds you what that site's password rules are.

Anyone trying to hack it will find that anyway, but for people just trying to remember it'd save like 10 minutes of hassle
