I was rewatching NO WAY HOME recently and it occurred to me that maybe the incursions are happening because NYC is already in Battleworld.
There are so many. ED WOOD is another personal favorite, but I would argue that CITIZEN KANE is a biopic, too.
On an awful technicality, we had a new STAR TREK movie just last year.
As someone who largely liked the show, I'm still not sure what narrative I'm supposed to care about. Getting him back into his destroyed season one spaceship seems foolishly regressive.
They should probably tell us what that story is. Every trailer fells like, "You like more of the same, right?"
The twist is that Antonia is a nice Ferengi lady.
I remember how weird it was when this originally aired that, less than a week later, it felt like THE SIMPSONS was directly parodying it in their 100th episode. I'm pretty sure it was a coincidence, but as a kid it felt like a very intentional nod.
Yep :(
I think it's probably as stupid as them asking the prompt for "A NEW HOPE" and it giving them the Shepard Fairey Obama poster.
I'm pretty sure it's going to turn out to be every bit as dumb as them asking for A NEW HOPE in the prompt.
I know Disney is upset that the MANDALORIAN movie is on track to bomb, but releasing an A.I. poster for STAR WARS' 50th anniversary the same week you fired thousands of artists is the reason the concept of Hell was invented.
Every single person involved in this crap should be executed for the good of society.

April 14 is historically not an awesome day. The Titanic sunk, Abe Lincoln was shot, and it's Tax Day Eve.
I just got laid off today after 16-plus years at CinemaBlend, so it's on my mind.
And they sure managed to pour gasoline on that fire.
I'm not sure anyone should be listening to the guy who 180'd everything great about @alamodrafthouse
Who can forget when FDR responded to that dastardly attack by ordering the navy to bomb Pearl Harbor themselves?
One of my favorite Vonnegut quotes says, "We are on this Earth to fart around and waste time, and don't let anyone tell you any differently."
Met a lizard on a chair.
Oh to be a little black cat unspooling on the heating pad.
You have more in common with the people of Iran than you do with anyone in this administration, any member of the technocracy, anyone who is profiting from this war, or any billionaire. When you see Iranians forming human chains outside key infrastructure sites, you should feel a sense of kinship.
I've got that same dog in cat form.
I haven't seen it yet, but what makes the people who made it untalented?
Nothing announced yet, unfortunately.
It just would be so, so funny if "Praise be to Allah" were his last words.
I really liked it!
Happy #FirstContactDay to Lily Sloane, especially, as she kind of got a raw deal. I know there were extenuating circumstances, but the crew of the Enterprise traveling back in time to ensure that a black woman isn't involved in history's most important space launch really isn't great optics.
Super cool to see the Film Noir Foundation's beautifully restored THE YELLOW CANARY with stars Pat Boone and Barbara Eden in attendance as part of #NoirCity!
Paul Simon has some really interesting things to say about his LAST ACTION HERO reboot.
