What was the effect of Trump’s tax cuts?

Sometime next June, the Supreme Court or either rule thT states should leave us be. That we’re not bothering anybody. Or, they’ll rule that we have no rights and states should screw us anyway they can. I’m betting that it’s not going to end well for us.
