Here we can Flamme not just like a mentor, but also like a parental figure for Frieren. On this picture Flamme looks at Freeren slyly and seems to point her finger at the reflection in the mirror and saying: "You like them, don't you? You can wear these earring when you became a true mage".

Except Frieren I've seen Fern and even Gimmel but never Flamme. Meanwhile, thanks to her Frieren not only became a mage but also survived.
