Finished reading The Autistic's Guide to Self-Discovery about 2 weeks ago, and I have not stopped recommending it to therapists.

Honestly, it is great reading for anyone who has uttered the phrase "(Another person) can't be autistic because..."

Only about halfway through (just reading a few pages at a time on work lunch breaks) but holy shit this book is excellent.

I could not have written this, but also yes on reading my thoughts!
