Cracking shots mate👏

Fabulous stuff, Mick. I’ve just had another look through your blog and what an awesome variety of species you have there. I’m definitely going to book a week there next April. Are you available to book up for a couple of days guiding, I wonder? Cheers, Kevin
That’s a cracker mate. I love seeing them on bluebells 👌
It was terrible here 10 years or so ago. I used to have loads of Greenfinches but to see them all fluffed up and struggling to eat/drink was horrendous. I stopped feeding then for a couple of years but it’s still about sadly, although quite rare now.
Same here, I’ll put some suet sprinkles out and maybe some peanuts as I’ve never seen finches on my peanut feeder and be nice to see the GSW come back again. I will take them down if the finches start feeding on them though. It’s a horrible disease and seen too much of it over the last 10 years🙁
Great shot Frank, looks familiar? RSPB Dinas?
Peter, this is you’re greatest shot ever, I love it😍👏👏👏
Excellent set Peter. Great to see the green sheen behind the eyes👌
Love this one Pete, cracking shot👌
Good to know, thanks mate. I’ll give the Great Grey Shrike a go too as I have a grid ref for that and it’s not far from there. Of course, there’s always the Dartford Warblers. Be nice to get a tick for all three🤞
Oh, wow! I didn’t realise you needed to be there that early!
Ok, will set the alarm nice and early!
Yes, unfortunately, that tree is incredibly high. I’m going down there tomorrow for a couple of days, hopefully it shows up for me too. What time did you see it?
Brilliant Pete, glad it showed up for you and you got a lot more of the bird than I did👏👏
That’s a beauty, Peter👌
Fantastic haul mate and that Buzzard is almost Osprey-esque! Not seen that one before but yes, could be juvenile!
One of my favourites too, cracking shot Pete👌
Lovely shot Peter👌
Nice shot mate, it’s made Aberthaw its winter home. This is the third winter it’s been back!
That’s a shocking decline Frank🙁 Lovely images👌
Gorgeous 😍
Ahh, good to hear. Haven’t been for a while. Much else there?
Yes, most I’ve seen for a long time!
Nice total Peter, 43 birds for me this morning. Apart from 15 Starlings, Chaffinch were my largest count at 11. Goldfinch have been the highest in recent years but they’re down to two and zero Sparrows for me this year🙁
Well captured Nick, you’re on a roll there now 👍
Great set Peter👏
Brilliant mate, great to see they’re showing again!
Great shot of a fabulous bird Pete👌
Cracking photos of the Bluethroat Mick and great to follow your travels on your blog👌
Love this one Pete👌😍
Superb set mate👌 first one is my favourite, perfect 🤩
