thanks! I see it on the habitat dashboard. I'm just curious where the private data is stored.

does it not show up on pdsls just because the full record is encrypted?

inside the dashboard it looks like just the "data" field is the encrypted piece and it's otherwise a normal record.

does this run through a PDS specific to @habitat.network for now? I don't see any records in pds.ls yet.

who's keeping the @semble.so collection of each of these pieces on substack?

Human reading will always be better than the ai readers too. Those always have bizarre verbal ticks and whatnot that are super distracting.

Yea associating them together. I’m a big audiobook fan, so to have blog posts read would be really cool.

The weird tech bro culture on YouTube of reading blog posts feels like partial validation of the market demand.

@offprint.app is trying to solve the compensation piece in this space

I suspect most authors will not participate, but making it a part of the standard might incentivize it enough 🤷. I’d certainly start recording

I’m picturing a world where I could queue up 10 blogs, read by author, for a walk. maybe listened to on @plyr.fm or something.

would it be crazy to add audio recordings as optional for @standard.site ?

art is the main thing I pin other feeds for. the techy stuff tends to take over "for you" for me, so I just keep space for good art :)

Bridgy Fed Bridgy Fed is a bridge between decentralized social networks like the fediverse, Bluesky, and web sites and blogs.

I think fed.brid.gy helps with this if I'm understanding the question

I could probably hack together something like this with rules, but a first party feature would be super nice for this
