I'm pretty sure it's FARGO, which is ironically a city in a different state.

I had just assumed the pointy end is primarily defensive, since it's not like they school.

I just wanted to say- thank you for teaching me how to make unusual ketchups.

It Happens during the draft and the NFL struggles with announcing it due to the anticipated jubilation.

It is simultaneously true that "any man could be a rapist" and " the overwhelming majority of men are not rapists" and reconciling these two facts just seems like part of adulthood. Completely ordinary seeming people are sometimes monstrous, but not often.

Like one thing about the armbands that Michael Jackson actually wore is that they were color-coordinated with the rest of his outfit.

I'd go 2.5 since John C. Reilly absolutely could have fit in if he was cast in Kung Fu Hustle.

The thing where comic book movies are able to seed ideas for future movies because these are ongoing stories is perhaps a perk of the format, but it's also not necessary, and it's absolutely not a thing you get to do 5+ years after the movie came out!

Yeah, genuinely if you are looking for Disney-owned characters who would not defer to Mickey, you're best off looking at Muppets because Muppets lack a self-preservation instinct.

The 1976 film "ROCKY" ends with the titular character and his opponent, Apollo Creed, agreeing that there would not be a rematch. In the sequel, they set up the rematch between these two in the first ten minutes. You can always tell the audience what they need to know for the movie *in* the movie.

From the small thumbnail, this looked like the best miniatures wargame ever.

Good Choice. Though, I would want to watch Planet of the Apes again with the knowledge that they made 10 of these and like 80% of them are bangers.

49ers are going to be the first team to draft a player who does not exist.

ROCKY literally ends with him and Creed agreeing to "no rematch" and they set up the rematch in the first ten minutes of the sequel. Tell me what I need to know for the movie *in* the movie.

And you know that if it's a Tiki spot of any quality, they're going to have grenadine that's better than Rose's.

Genuinely if you're working at a tiki bar, something like half the menu is going to be a pain in the ass, so you'd be prepared for that. When someone's order doesn't involve a Hamilton Beach blender and two different sizes of ice for flash blending, then you have to feel a little relieved.

The thing Alana Haim confesses to and just shrugs off is legitimately horrifying and it doesn't bother any of these people.

Like one would expect people who are looking for something really shady on the internet to use some sort of anonymizing feature, so it's probably hard to translate "site visits" to "unique users" when it comes to stuff like "regular erotica/porn" let alone super gross stuff.

Every so often there would be a "German Announce Table" or some other third language, so you know that they were going to do the spot twice.

Why can't 2 slices of bacon provide 25% of my daily recommended dose of dietary fiber? To say "this is impossible" suggests you're not trying.

At least 20% of my sense of humor is from seeing the fine film CLUE at an impressionable age (and repeatedly thereafter.)

He was never a great worker, but he had the ability to make the other guy look like a chump by standing next to him and that's the best thing you can have in the wrestling business.

Squid often eat smaller squid, so "both" is on the table here.

Like the actual reasons for "robots with legs" is "traversal over very uneven terrain" where wheels/treads are a poor option, and solving this is a difficult engineering question, but it's clear that "it goes straight on a flat road really well" is not a solution to the problem.

Like bipedal locomotion is a difficult problem to solve for robots, but this seems like something of interest mostly to specialists in robotics since I bet there are robots that are essentially "coolers/hot boxes with wheels" that can do 30mph for an hour.

I think genuinely the reason Arby's is the punchline so often has nothing to do with the food and more because "Arby's" is a funnier sounding word than other alternatives. It's like the "kumquat" of fast food chains.

I might try a food mill or a ricer just to see how it works out. Assuming I'm excited to eat a dish where the ratio of "potato:cheese" is about 4:1.

ATK suggests transferring the hot drained, cooked potatoes to a food processor with the butter and garlic and blitzing it, before returning it to the pan and adding the cheese. That's going to be less work (but more cleanup) than the strainer.
