Almost all my travel is by bike.
I see people I know when I'm out biking and have enjoyable conversations. It's much easier to stop someplace for a drink or snack. I see new buildings going up bit by bit every day. I notice seasonal changes as they happen day by day
Overall I just feel better

It's my favourite activity with my kids, and they're always excited to spend time with me when we go biking.
I also started riding so much after COVID hit that I lost over 80 lbs and my intense chronic back pain basically went away.
I'm better connected with my city and my neighbourhood.
