I never learn 🥲

Don't be shy to take on a little two-week side project. These five months will be the most precious three years of your academic journey.
A herculean effort by many, but esp. the first three authors: Ujjwal Rathore, Eli Dugan, and Hunter Thornton working in the Krogan and Marson labs, with a veritable army of collaborators from HARC (harc.ucsf.edu) and beyond.

So excited to share some of our recent science with everyone 🧪👩🏻🔬
Damn that is a tough blow, BUT I can throw a samosa in my purse with way less mess than a 🌮, so samosa wins on tidy portability.
Mint & coriander chutney is definitely invited! 😌
Challenge accepted 😝
Me too. 🤤
They are the only weapon. Distract your enemy with its delicious flaky crust and lightly spiced potato & veg interior… you will win every battle.
Totally. Soggy samosas are a sin. 🚫
On behalf of everywhere else - thank you 🙏
Disagree, goes great with a nice spring ale 🍺
Every year. I’m genetically cursed with high HDL. Have to feed the little boogers a steady stream of samosas just to stay alive.
Sounds like they were great neighbors. 🫶
You won’t be sorry.
Average person needs ~1600 cals/day… 7-8 samosas sounds fair honestly 🤝
I don’t think it matters as long as it’s fresh & can get up to temp. Probably vegetable oil or canola.
Only one with bad taste 🤷🏻♀️
💯💯
Baseline samosas = veggie samosa
imo, you gotta specify the meat as an add on
Samosa > Epanada > Egg roll
This is the way.
Both good choices but samosas win for portability. You can just wrap in a cloth & toss in your bag for a snack on the go!
That does sound perfect! 😋
I know but soooooo worth it 🤤
Totally agree. And they all have their place in the tapas kingdom… but there’s just something about that crispy pyramid of potato, veggie & spice that transcends 🙌
