As with so many things, it all comes back to good management. Train your managers & give them the time/resources they need to be present & manage people genuinely, & a good culture will build itself!

Love this! @griplatform.bsky.social on the cutting edge, proposing that human beings aren't just incidental "resources" at work, but valuable participants in the modern workplace whose behaviors & preferences need to be understood. And can be, with the objective, nuanced data the GRI profiles offer.

Ethics in mngmnt is an important but often powerless concept w/out valid info on how others view the world differently than you. Private techniques dont offer this information accurately & without bias. You CAN get it via a standardized process & by applying statistics, as in GRIs adaptive profiles

Great #leadership can exist in very different styles. Command & Control is not the only way to lead. I love that the GRI assessment helps all styles of leaders to be effective & successful! #behavior #personality #workplace
