Personal advice: Don't rent private apartments to have parties. The neighbors know the place better than you.
Spent a bit extra and get a proper location instead. More fun, and nobody can tell you to turn things off.

It was only for 3.5 hours, so that the rest of the neighbors (and me) could get proper sleep. As I suspected the landlord hadn't shown them where the fusebox keys are, so when I came back at 10:00 to check it was still off.
I could hear their reaction of getting power back, as the doors are thin.

A minor follow up on this one.
So they went out to party, and around 5 they returned home and thought "let's turn the music back on" was a good idea.
I woke up with migraine, so when they started their "we're not here" games again I took their electricity.

So when the local rules regarding quiet hours kicked in, I went up to give them a warning. Knocked on the door, and they tried the "keep quiet and pretend nobody is there".
I knew they were watching through peep hole, so I unlocked and opened said apartment's fuse box. That door flew up fast.

Got a neighboor in our small apartment block that's started renting out their apartment as airbnb. First of all, it's not allowed in this block without prior approval. Which I know they've never requested.

They were running a super loud party I could hear 2 floors down.
