North Yorkshire hospices face redundancies and cuts, bosses warn A deepening financial crisis is affecting North Yorkshire's hospices, councillors are told.

While the government’s funding boost is a welcome first step, many hospices are facing a tough financial situation, like those in North Yorkshire.

Hospices must be part of local funding decisions for long term sustainability.
