"He did a little filing, [...] then read a few chapters of a really good Stephen King novel about vampire on the loose in New England [...].
Page 176 of WHISPERS by Dean Koontz.
Mrs. Voorhees.
Cover for Todd Keisling's THE FINAL RECONCILIATION. It features a burning guitar hanging upside down with various sigils surrounding it.
Cover for Grady Henrdix's WITCHCRAFT FOR WAYWORD GIRLS. Right in the center is a hand busting through a lava lamp that has greenish blobs of oil.
Cover for Catriona Ward's THE LAST HOUSE ON NEEDLESS STREET. A kittycat sits at the end of a street, looking up to a no-doubt haunted house. The entire cover is bathed in green.
Cover for Jull Baguchinsky's SO WITCHES WE BECAME. A woman's face with closed eyes is on the top half of the cover, the title right below it. Her hair is made of leaves and thin branches, and I'm guessing the reason her eyes are closed is the roots growing out of them.

"Starts today!"
Cool find.
Leisure days.
Cover for Daisy Pearce's SOMETHING IN THE WALLS. It features a wall with yellowish wallpaper with decorative flowers. It's peeling in the upper left, and you can see the wall slats behind the wallpaper. And behind those slats, there's an eye, watching. Creep.
Cover for Johnny Compton's MIGNIGHT SOMEWHERE. A hooded creature dominates the front. It's wearing a black hoodie, and all you can see under it is a grin with giant white teeth. The hoodie is near-translucent. I don't think this thing is up to any good.
Cover for Chuck Wendig's BLACK RIVER ORCHARD. It's a yellowish-orange cover, with a field in the bottom 1/6th or so, and there's an apple just north of center. Within that apple you can see a skull. DON'T EAT IT, IT'S PROBABLY BAD.
Cover for Alex Woodroe's WHISPER WOOD. It's blueish/greenish/grayish in color, with a tree growing on the left hand side. You can see down its roots, where mushrooms are growing, but they also look like tiny people and I don't like the creeps it's giving me.
