This tentative deal recognizes our contributions to the success of the @theatlantic.com and shows what’s possible when we stand up for what we’re worth.

This deal will also provide important strong new job security measures including “just cause” and guardrails on the use of AI.

For our lowest paid members, this contract will be life-changing, lifting the salary floor by $14,000 to $69K. And our members will see a 17% average wage increase over the life of the contract.
