I can run Crimson Desert at 92 frames, I cant run Guilty Gear Strive ate 800x600 on lowest settings above 50.

Guilty Gear Dust Strikers featuring Evangelion locked in at 50fps

Normally I can fix any computer related issue after awhile.

For some reason Guilty Gear Strive will not go above 50 fps no matter what I do. It's capped at 60. It doesn't matter if I take down the graphic to GBA mode or max them out, it is always 50.

Can't play it with frame timing off so far.
